L’Olivella was founded in 1986 by expert viticulturist Umberto Notarnicola and wine expert from Piedmont, Bruno Violo. The winery is young, dynamic with a focus on sustainable agricultural practices. Volcanic soils from the region are rich in desirable minerals which help vine development and contribute depth and complexity to the wines.
Golden straw colour, with fresh and floral aromas on the nose with notes of white flowers, citrus peel and a touch of almond nuttiness. It’s juicy in the mouth with flavours of white peach, nuts and zesty acidity which leads into an aromatic finish.
