50 % Tempranillo, 50 % Garnacha.
The must spends a short amount of time in contact with the skins, to extract some colour from the red grapes. Careful maceration to ensure freshness of aroma. Fermentation takes place without the presence of lees under controlled temperatures of no more that 20°C in stainless steel vats for 10 to 12 days.
Cherry pink in colour with aromas of red fruit on the nose, specially strawberry. On the palate, this wine is light, fruity and refreshing. Well balanced with a touch of acidity creating a lingering finish. Perfect with fish, seafood, white meats and as aperitif. 10/14ºC.
