Marlborough Ridge Sauvignon Blanc

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is crafted using selected parcels of grapes from across Marlborough’s Wairau and Awatere valleys to produce a classic styled Sauvignon Blanc. Batch-harvested to capture grapes that a showing perfect ripeness, full flavour and lively acidity, the resulting wine shows balanced tropical fruit, citrus, and herbal flavours.

Cool temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts to retain purity of fruit flavour and freshness, the wine then spent time on lees to build texture. The final blend included a component of wine that had some of the alcohol gently removed using spinning cone technology to deliver a full- flavoured 9.5% alc./vol. Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that’s fresh and vibrant yet offers the benefits of lower alcohol.
