This wine presents a light salmon colour and a slight effervescence that favours the release of its fruity aroma. It reveals a great freshness on the mouth, with a vivid acidity resulting in a very pleasant and versatile wine.

Founded in 1917 in the Vinho Verde region, Calçada Wines is one of the oldest producers in the region focused especially on the production of still white and rosé wines and sparkling wines and is now the 3rd generation of the family to lead the business.

The Amarante sub-region is characterised by granite soils, with some mixtures of shale, and Atlantic influence, producing wines that are markedly mineral, with high freshness and great gastronomic potential.

Food Match: Perfect alone as an aperitif or with light and fresh starters. Ideal to match with sushi, pasta, pizza, fish, or white meats. Serve cold.
