Cotswold Gin

Cotswold Dry Gin is an award-winning spirit, winning “Best London Dry Gin” at the World Gin Award  2016.

It is a delightful gin with a blend of nine carefully selected botanicals. On the nose, Cotswold Dry Gin offers notes of fresh pink grapefruit, earthy coriander and sweet piney juniper. You also find hints of local lavender from nearby Snowhill. Featured on the palate it has pine juniper spice and fresh grapefruit with a touch of dryness from angelica root. This is complemented with eucalyptus notes from bay leaf, subtle lime and lavender. To finish it pleases with clean and balanced flavours of juniper, citrus and cooling notes of bay leaf and cardammom.

Not only does this gin taste beautiful, but it also looks stunning as well. Because of the high volume of botanicals present in Cotswold Dry Gin, it creates a beautiful pearlescent cloud when ice or tonic is added.
